    Hi,

    I’m trying to merge a matched set of two forms on one .pdf, but with each form filled out by a different user (ie the first form is an intake form for a client, the second is additional info added by the massage therapist during the intake). I see how to manually pair the datasets and map them on the same pdf, but would like to find a way to automatically generate the finished pdf when the second form has been completed. Is there any way to do this? I can’t really embed the forms as they may be completed at different times and locations.

    You may add Formidable Views to your field map layout by selecting “FORMIDABLE: DYNAMIC” from the “Webform Data Field ID” dropdown in the field map layout.

    Or, you can create a new form that imports the required data from another form using Formidable’s Get Value from Entries shortcode then create the field map layout to map your PDF.
