Uhmmm…how to help? How do you lay out 1 image map for 2 forms? I do not see that it will let me do this, so I can gather the output from 2 different forms. I have read all the “Greek” instructions and am getting nowhere fast. I can generate my PDF off of 1 form great, but it is kinda pointless without having the data on the other form attached to it.
Create both Field Map Layouts mapping to the same PDF form, then, use the “Second Dataset” function on the Plugin’s Field Map Layout page to generated a link which will combine two ‘Forms’ into the one PDF form.
NOTE: The “Second Dataset” function will not email the merged pdf, instead you’ll need to email a link using the shortcode provided by the second dataset function.
