Hi,
I love the plugin and usually never have problems. However, could someone give some insight on why certain radio buttons are mapping and others are not? I have everything in the form fields section working right and have redone it numerous times. I have a screenshot I can provide when I receive a reply.

MackenzieUsual checkbox/radio button issues;
– Field Values must be Identical (We suggest copy/paste)
– PDF Field Names cannot contain special charecters
– Formidable Checkbox fields should not be mapped to PDF Radio ButtonsIf all the above is confirmed to be correct, we would need to see screenshot of the PDF Form Field Values, the Formidable Form Field Values, as well as the field map layout showing the mapped radio button(s).
