I am not sure what is happening with the plugin when a form is submitted. Instead of getting a PDF attached to emails sent from my wordpress, I am getting a text file saying “This activation code is not valid”. In the Formidable Pro2PDF settings it says the activation key “is valid until 09/27/2017”. I have updated to the latest version of WordPress, Formidable, and Formidable Pro2PDF.
If the plugin was working prior to the update, we may need to take a look at your installation to be sure we have not introduce a bug in one of the latest updates… If possible, please complete this form to provide access to your installation. If not possible, then please send the activation key to support AT formidablepro2pdf DOT com for further evaluation.

The issue has been resolved, it was a timeout issue with our new server, all should work as expected.
