Hello,
Can I export submissions to PDF, for example when a user submit a form, that form is sent in PDF format to the administration?

Yes, you must first create, upload, and map a fillable PDF form to the plugin. The plugin does not ‘create’ PDFs, it just merges form field data to PDF form fields.
