Hi,
I’ve installed all required plugins.
But when i click to download PDF, I’ve got this message :
There was an error generating the PDF file.
The command was: pdftk ‘/home/xxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/uploads/fpropdf-forms/invitation-light-web.pdf’ fill_form ‘/tmp/fpropdfTmpFileMfAc8B’ output –

Please confirm that the “Use Local PDFtk” option is not selected on the Pro2PDF settings tab.
Is confirmed and the problem still exists please provide a screenshot of the settings tab and the under the hood tab.

If the plugin has never worked, we may need to take a look at your installation. If possible for us too login, please complete this form. If not possible, then try the following;
. Remove and Reinstall the plugin
. Confirm the plugin’s demo receives the same error.
. Disable all plugins except Formidable’s and if it works add them back one at a time to find the conflict.
. Check that the Formidable Forms plugin folder is “Formidable” and nothing else.Let us know as we remain at your service.

Hi! The issue was caused by the size of the PDF Form being over 16GB! Way too big for the plugin to process. A one page PDF should be no more than 650kb, even with a full size high-def image.
We’ve optimized and re-uploaded your PDF Form to the plugin and now all works as expected. You’ll notice the PDF fields now have a dropdown list on the Field Map Layout, as they should. In the future, if you don’t see a dropdown list of field names then the PDF was not recognized.

FYI: To optimize the PDF we ran Acrobat’s “Optimize PDF” and then ran the “Combine Files” function to create a new copy of the PDF and the file size reduced from 16MB to 626k! A HUGE difference! Also, we will change the plugin’s error message to provide a better description of the too large file issue. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

Thank you, but I don’t understand why my generated PDF has always the same informations when I complete the form.
I disable cache, and same problem …Sounds like you need to correct the dataset parameter to dataset=[id] to generate a PDF with the current entry.
