    Hello,

    I have just bought the contributed version. I have successfully setup the plugin and have successfully sent pdf as email attachment. But the number of PDF file sent to the user’s email is more than one pdf file (there are 3 pdf files sent). The system should send Only One pdf file as I have just one form with a pdf file contains 2 pages.

    Two cannot be open, it said that “Failed to load pdf”, and another one is open without problems.

    Delete all abandoned, unused, test, or blank Field Map Layouts, and/or de-select the “Attach PDF” option on any field map layouts that you want to keep but don’t want the PDF sent as an attachment.

    One more question very closely related to this problem.

    I found that there is another TXT file attached next to the PDF file.

    Is there any way to let the plugin sent only the pdf file, not with the txt file.

    The plugin does not send a .txt file with the PDF, sounds like you still have another invalid Field Map Layout that is set to send a PDF Attachment.

    Verify there are no more field map layouts, if verified and the issue still occurs, try deleting and recreating the Formidable Email Action then make sure the email action is selected in the Field Map Layout.
