We are an IS auditing firm and for this course request, our customers to fill in the pdf forms which are shared over email and these forms are almost 50 pages in size. The customers hesitate to fill such big forms.

Now, we had come across your product. So just wanted to check, is it possible for you to create this form in multipage on our WordPress website and map the form fields to our pdf template, so if a customer fills the form, we receive an email or get stored on the server which we will review that later.
