    Using the Signature add-on from Formidable Forms, when using the “write it” option and submitting the form, the signature isn’t merged on to my form;however, when using the “type it” option the typed signature displays on the form.

    Please help me get the “write it” option to merge over to my form as well.

    Type-in has been verified to work in the most recent version. Make sure you are using the latest version of PRO2PDF, once verified, if the Type-in method still doesn’t work, copy the “Under the Hood” tab and paste it here. Also, verify the Type-in is showing up on Formidable’s Entries page, if it’s not, you’ll need to enter a support request with Formidable Forms.

    FYI, The “type-in” method does merge into my PDF form, it’s the “write in” that isn’t merging over.

    At this point you’ll need to disable all plugins except the Formidable plugins, and also disable any custom code specific to Formidable to troubleshoot the issue as we have no known issues with merging signatures.

    Let us know if/which plugin is causing the issue. We remain at your service.

    If you are unable to find a conflict please complete this form, we’ll need FTP access as well as WP admin access to find the issue.
