Greetings
Success on 1st form. Now i’m on the 2nd Form. After Formidable Form created its time to mapped however under PDF Form Field Name it shows nothing? How to fix it? I did save PDF file and upload to pro2pdf. Please Reply asapConfirm the PDF file name does not contain any special characters, commas, or periods and upload to PRO2PDF again. Also, make sure the PDF is not more than 6MB.
