Hi
Has the addressing issue been resolved? If so what’s the solution please?
adminKeymasterThere were no issues with the Address field on our side. The user simply needed to select the “ADDRESS” format on the field map layout. What issue(s) are you experiencing?

StephenGuestI’m having similar issues to Jacob. I cant get the mapping to work for address fields. Also I’m based in the UK how can I change the stage drop down field to show UK counties and format the Postal code field so that it accepts UK post code formatting which is generally AA99 9AA.
Thanks
StephenGuestSorry should say state not stage!!!
adminKeymasterWhat is happening when you use the “Address” option on the format dropdown located on the field map layout?
The zip code question is one for the outstanding support team at Formidable Forms. Let us know if you have a question about the field map layout or merging to PDF.

JacobGuestStephen the address issue for me was a matter of separating all the individual inputs from the address section to match the address sections on my PDF form. So in the Column Webform Data Field ID Choose your box for “Address” and then in the Middle column PDF Form Field Name select your “Street Address” (or whatever you’ve called it on your PDF) then in the Format column use the drop down and select Address, then Delete everything except “[line1]” and “[line2”
Then do the same choosing Address, PDF Form Field (ex: Zip) then choose format Address and leave just he line for “[zip]”
StephenGuestThanks Jacob
That’s been a great help.
Have you worked out how to map addresses inside a repeatable section please?
Stephen
JacobGuestGlad I could help. Unfortunately I did not use any repeatable sections so I don’t think I can help with that! Sorry.
StephenGuestHi
I need some help with my forms but the fiverr site suggests that you’re away until October?
