    Greetings
    i have 5 forms Working Perfectly But today i’m having problem on Formidable pro2toPDF . But today i have some issue on Radio Button and Formidable Form signature Plugin. Radio Button have its own Name on PDFescape
    Pro2PDF Mapping (Please choose a plan) a. choose 1 b. choose 2 However after submission the actual PDF is not checking any of the fields? But the chosen one is recorded on my email as text. Already Tried separate value and then i used the value name on PDFescape. No luck at all. About The signature. After Signature Drawing has been submitted the signature is not redirected to PDF file instead. The drawing Signature is Redirected to my Email as Image together with PDF File i used. Please help!

    Regarding the Radio Button. Sounds like the PDF Radio Button “Option Value” does not match the Formidable Radio Button Option Value. Send a copy of the PDF and a screenshot of the Formidable Radio Button to support @ formidablepro2pdf DOT com for further evaluation.

    Regarding the signature, sounds like you may be using Local PDFtk, if so, signatures and images will not merge. If not, make sure the “Signature” format is selected in the field map layout, if it is selected, then we may need to take a look at your installation, if possible, please complete this form.

    Screen Shot Sent. The PDF Radio Button Values is Correct, Mapped. There is a value name on each Radio button. After submitting the form the Message is Redirected to my EMAIL as Plan Text Message.But not Recorded on the Actual PDF. About Signature. I know how to install it No error. After purchasing Signature i downloaded a file and then simple upload and install to my WPDashboard Plugin Settings. After that A signature Button is added to Formidable Form. No Error. I’m not using PDFtk. PDFtk is Turned OFF under Settings Tab. Please guide me on what to do and i’ll do it on my side.

    To troubleshoot the signature plugin yourself, enable WP’s 2017 theme and disable all plugins except Formidable Forms, signature plugin, and PRO2PDF then test the signature. If it works, add the theme and plugins one at a time and test until you find the conflict. If the signature still does not work, we would need to debug the plugin on your server.

    Radio Button is FIXED Thanks for the Info. About the Signature. Using PDFEscapes I did Text Form on it. After that when i the form is submitted The Signature image is redirected into my mail as image but not on The actual PDF file. Do you have screen shot on how to fix it? Please

    Fantastic. Signature Works after Deactivating Some plugin. And askimet plugin is not compatible on it. That is why signature is not redirected to PDF File. One More Thing and all is complete. I need to put Email Field on my Form and then after Submitting. The form will be sent a copy both Admin user and User. After user received a copy then the user can Read Thank You message as plain text to User email. Is it possible to do this? Please

    Glad you were able to make everything work. Regarding the email field, you can enter the email field into the Email Action’s TO: or CC: or BCC: field to send the email and attachment to the user.

    Greetings, I want to insert Email Text Field Similar to this Link https://www.formidablepro2pdf.com/#demo Send PDF to this Email (Works with FORM SETTINGS → ACTIONS → EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS) But the Difference. If they put their email to the Email field it will send a COPY to them. NO to Download/ NOT TO DOWNLOAD. is it possible to do this?
    Better Explanation
    1. After Completing Form with their Email input on a textfield
    2. Automatically send a copy to their EMAIL
    3. Greetings Message or Thank you message inside Email Body
