I have purchased so many plugins that do not work — I need some answers before I buy anymore — please:
I have a multi-page process using formidable-
the first page is an application (similar to employment application) – I have an interactive word document that we have been using but not an interactive pdf —The second page in the proicess is a long legal document that only requires signature, date, title
The third page is also a legal document only requiring signature, date, title
The fourth page is another employment application type document that we need to give to a bank –
What I want is that when submit is entered — that it converts the 4 documents into 1 or 4 pdfs and emailed to two parties and the ability to re-create from the formidable DB
