    Hi, I bought first the ’30 days trial’ and then I upgraded to the 1 site and 2 form license. In my account I see just the bill for the ’30 days trial’ license.
    Can you please send me also the bill for the upgraded version?

    Hi, in my profile I see just one order which is #17321, but I think it is the 30trial license. The new order is not listed here. I do not think I have received it. Thanks
