Hello,
In my emailed PDF, in my additional repeatable fields that are left blank by the user on the online formidable form, I get a:1:{i:0;i:230;} in the PDF field box. How do you get a blank box if the user does not add any information? The rest of the repeatable fields are working.

The field map layout should only map to the first row of data, the plugin will auto-fill the additional rows without mapping to them.
Provide us with a screenshot of the field map layout showing the repeatable fields for more specific instructions.

Remove all the field mappings for rows 2 and up… You only need to map the first row.
