I am working for a client who would like a “submit a resume” form on his site, that includes digital signing of a form and auto population of fields, and am unsure of the best way to go about this and if it’s possible with formidablepro2pdf.

Here’s the intended workflow:

First page – the user fills out fields/application, and uploads their resume

Second page – A non-disclosure contract is presented with certain fields such as Name and Date filled using data from the previous page. The user digitally signs at the bottom of the page. The next button submits the form to the admin, gives a confirmation message, and allows the user to also download the pdf of the non-disclosure.
