If not possible, then try these one at a time;
. Disabling all plugins except Formidable Forms and PRO2PDF, then test for the issue.
. Change the PRO2PDF “Attach file to Email notifications” setting on the field map layout to “NO”, then test for the issue.
. Select (or deselect) the Formidable Form’s “Submit this form with AJAX”, then test for the issue.
