    My login information is no longer working and when I try to “forgot password” it says it’s an invalid email. I have the original invoice showing account was under that email, so I know that’s correct. The site keeps getting an error:

    There was an error generating the PDF file.
    This activation code is not valid.

    So I’m assuming that it needs to renew or something, but without having the ability to login, I can’t even check.

    What is the PRO2PDF order number for you activation key? The only account under the email address that was provided in this request expired on 2017-02-20.

    My pdf’s are coming in missing information and always throwing this error:

    Now back to the beginning 🙂

    Invalid username or email.

    It wont recognize my email as having an account and I can’t find the password in my emails and I can’t use the “forgot password” button.
