I would inquiry about the support of Arabic language. As I tested the demo version of your add-on, it does not give a correct generation of PDF contains Arabic text.Thanks in advance
Try using the “Unicode” option in the “Language support:” dropdown on your Field Map Layout.
If that setting does not work, then use our replacement plugin, E2Pdf, which allows you to upload and use your own font(s), and works far better then PRO2PDF.
