My website is clearly activated in this portal but I keep getting this message on my pdfs.

There was an error generating the PDF file. This website has not been activated yet. Click here to manage your activated forms.
“
Login to the plugin website account here and deactivate the key, then reactivate the plugin on the WordPress site. Let us know if the issue persists.
