    Hi,

    The pro2pdf does not support chinese even though I selected unicode in the plugin, and you have suggest me to download the e2pdf. But I have bought the unlimit pro2pdf, and now i need to purchase e2pdf again, this is unacceptable, can do upgrade instead of purchase a new plugin.

    Oh, I just found the e2pdf site only support 1 site unlimit template…. what can i do?

    Besides, I have multiple sub-domains under 1 domain name, will have around 100 sub-domains, thanks! What can I do?

    PRO2PDF will not allow for any additional fonts and E2Pdf is only for one site. We are working on expanding E2Pdf to multiple sites, but the option is not available yet.

    We can offer a refund for your purchase of the Unlimited Sites, and we can convert your account to a E2Pdf account to one site with unlimited forms.

    Hi, does it support chinese language? I just test your demo pdf form https://demo.e2pdf.com/formidable-forms/ , and just fill in my email address and put in my chinese name 梁文偉 in the first name field, however the pdf generated without my chinese name in the pdf but only my email address can be seen.

    Does e2pdf support chinese words?

    I’m agree to migrate to E2Pdf if support unicode and chinese words.

    Yes, you can upload your own font. Download and test the free version from WordPress.org to confirm the plugin will work for you.

    Oh, no, I upgraded my license to 1 site unlimit templates, which is not support subdomains, oh no, the package upgrade is not same as I bought in pro2pdf, so, please rollback to pro2pdf, thanks!

    No need to ‘rollback’ you have access to both plugins until the expiration date, at that time you can decide to renew PRO2PDF or E2Pdf.
