I have created a template and mapped all corresponding fields from the Formidable form into their locations on the PDF. I am looking for a way to do a bulk download of all the entries and have them mapped to the PDF file. From what I can gather this seems possible, but I am not sure how to begin this process
Bulk download is not an option with PRO2PDF, however, you can create a Formidable View to list the entries and use a PRO2PDF shortcode to include a link to download each PDF.
Our other plugin, E2Pdf, has a [e2pdf-save] shortcode that may be used in conjunction with a Formidable View to automatically save each PDF to the server. Soon, E2Pdf will offer a bulk download solution – PRO2PDF will not. PRO2PDF templates can be migrated to E2Pdf here.

Using the PRO2PDF shortcode in Formidable Views and changing the dataset parameter to dataset=[id] will automatically populate each result with the entry’s EntryID.
You can use the shortcode in the view that lists entries, or on the view’s detail page.

NOTE: “Automatic download” of a list of merged PDFs is not possible.
