i have written about my problems countless times and you guys keep on sending me the same link. i can’t find the part where to input my license key from general settings even after downloading the plugin from the mail sent. We need this forms urgently. please i will like to have a whatsapp chat n video call so he/she can see for himself. chadril.ogbebor@nemsa.gov.ng please reply attaching a whatapp number.

PDF files use UTF-16, not UTF-8, so we use the PHP MBstring module to re-encode text, which is available on most servers: http://php.net/manual/en/mbstring.installation.php
There’s a fallback when the module is not installed: http://php.net/manual/en/book.iconv.php
If you can install one or the other the issue should go away. If one or both are already installed on your server, we may need FTP access to check the issue. In that case if you can provide credentials please send to support(at)formidablepro2pdf.com.
