When ever i input my license key, it keeps saying invalid key.
We paid for the 1 site and 9999 forms, we had issues earlier with our SSL. So your colleague fixed the issue. But I have been unable to use the forms though. So they added 1 site to my package so it’s 2 sites n 9999 forms. http://Www.nemsa.gov.ng/new. So i tried to input the license key on the other site(www.nemsa.gov.ng/site) it keeps saying invalid key. Please i need assistance.The account shows 1 out of 2 sites is currently being used, however, you are only licensed for 1 site, therefore you may use the activation keys for the same site, one for http and one for https.
To change to a different site you must deactivate the current site from your account page here, then enter the key into the new site. Use this form to provide us with screenshots of any errors you receive, or provide us with login credentials if you want us to take a look at the installation.
