    I am having issues activating our new licence **********************A48C711 on site https://greendoor.nashuatsh.solutions/. This is rather urgent!

    Please see attached invoice and payment details. It seems that our site have not been updated with the new payment?

    The license key **********************A48C711 shows that it is only valid until 06/26/2019.

    As per order Number on August 16 additional years were purchased under the same code **********************A48C711.

    Please confirm urgently.

    We have confirmed the expiration date of the subscription was 06/26/2019, however, we are unable to confirm a renewal payment this year.

    Please provide a Paypal Transaction #.

    The account has bee reactivated the account temporally through tomorrow to allow time to work out the activation key issue.
