Recently we switched web hosts and now our PDF form is not being created and is generating an error. Here is the error we get in a text attachment instead of the PDF:

There was an error generating the PDF file.
This website has not been activated yet. Click here to manage your activated forms.

The website (https://www.curesworks.org) is activated as you can see in our account. The form is activated. But it is generating an error. Can you explain what might be the problem?
