    Please this is urgent, my site is not working, customers are not able to download their app. the shortcode is not working.

    [formidable-download form=”9uz44″ dataset=[id] layout=”1007″]

    Getting this error also: The secret key for this form is not valid.

    Can you please reply asap, need this resolved asap.

    I was able to resolve the issue from getting the error: “The secret key for this form is not valid.”

    by DISABLING “enable secure links” checkbox in the plugin settings. Wen this is checked, I get the error.. When I uncheck this box, I don’t get the error “The secret key for this form is not valid.”

    HOWEVER, the shortcode on the webpage is still not working and need to get this fixed.

    It sounds like there may be a plugin conflict as we are not experiencing any known issues regarding shortcodes.

    Try disabling all plugins except Formidable Forms and PRO2PDF and test the shortcode.
    If the issue remains, then upload the following screenshots here;
    -the plugin’s Export tab with the Field Map Layout selected
    -the On Submit Message Box showing the shortcode.

    If the issue is resolved, then re-enable the plugins one at a time and test each time to find the offending plugin, and let us know which one it is.
