I have updated the PDF form 11 times and each time, I have created a new field map and deleted the old PDF file. The last 2 times I’ve updated the PDF form, the plugin is attempting to attach the last 2 versions to the email, but since they’ve been deleted – they are actually attaching empty files that don’t contain any data. And now the updated PDF isn’t attaching at all. What can I do?
Sounds like more than one field map layout is set to send an email attachment when the Formidable form is submitted.
Open all field map layouts and change the option to email attachment to NO, and save the Field Map Layout.
