    I have a form that successfully attached two of my created PDF, but I am not able to successfully attach a third. I have deleted and redone the form many times and it still will not create. Can you please help.

    Please provide more details of where the failure occurs in the process.
    . Do you have more than the 2-Forms subscription?
    . Are you able to upload the 3rd PDF?
    . Attaching three may be timing out, you may want to add a link to the PDFs with a PRO2PDF shortcode in the body of the email.
