Hi,
We just tried the free version of your plugin, but the checkbox or option button is not showing the selected value in pdf.
Everything is working fine except those two..Example:
Title
-MR.
-MS.
-MRSits not showing the option we select.. the field ID amd Form Field Name is same..
Can you help us..

100% of the time, the issue has to do with the PDF field “EXPORT VALUE” must match the Formidable Form’s Option Value.
Here’s a downloadable example.
If you need additional assistance, use this form to reply with a screenshot of the Formidable Form design screen of the checkbox or radio button and attach the PDF form.
