Hello,
we got this licence: *******************B36D // Its from a customer from me, its not this account. It should with an “ausbilderschein24.de” mail address, we also cannot login.
Its active and the forms are also active, but when I create a pdf with it I get an error.txt with this error:
There was an error generating the PDF file. This activation code is not valid.
Can you help me with that?
The license expired on June 8th. You can renew the activation key by logging in to the account here with the email address ****@ausbilderschein24.de which allows for multi-year discounts or purchase a new license for one year.
If purchasing a new license, simply replace the license key on the plugin’s “Activated Forms” tab.
