I’m trying to take a registration form that I’ve added all the form fields to in Acrobat to Formidable Pro 2 PDF. However, I’m not having any success. I create a form called “Fall Regirstation.” I then go to the PDF end, import the PDF, and map the fields. However, after saving the datasets don’t show.
What steps do I need to be taking.
. Verify you submitted the “Fall Registration” form at least once so you have at least one dataset saved to the form.
. Verify that your PDF has form fields before uploading to the plugin.THEN Upload a screenshot of the entire plugin screen with the Form, Dataset and Layout selected to this support thread…
