Hi,
we use ‘transform text into images’ so users can’t edit the text after downloading the created PDF. Is there a way to sharpen the text images? Or is it possible to flatten the PDF with text as read only? I noticed at PDF escape you can create a text field and save it as read only. Or does this causes problems when dynamically put in the text?Yes, you can map to PDF fields marked as “Read Only”.
With ‘transform text into images’, try using a different font. Font types have a lot to do with text image sharpness when using “transform text into images”.
The flatten option alone makes the text ‘read only’ but selectable. However with this option text can be edited in some Adobe editing programs.
