Hi, this used to work but stopped working and cannont figure out why. I get this error when generating the pdf: There was an error generating the PDF file.
This activation code is not valid. Also, I can’t seem to activate just one pdf in the admin.
Thanks,
CheungadminKeymasterHas the website has been cloned or moved it to a different server?
– If yes, then it has the same nonce_key and table prefix which the plugin uses to identify websites…We would need FTP access details to apply a fix or you can try to update wp-config.php manually with new keys which can be generated here: https://api.wordpress.org/secret-key/1.1/salt/
After updating the keys if the plugin activation does not work we will need to log in to wp-admin or via FTP again and drop it manually. If possible and needed, complete this form.
– If no, it may be necessary for us to log in and take a look at your installation. If possible and needed, complete this form.

CheungGuestThanks for the reply. I manually changed the keys in wp-config.php but it didn’t help. I filled out the form with admin credentials but let me know if you need ftp as well. Thank you!
adminKeymasterThe issue has been resolved, thank you for using PRO2PDF!

CheungGuestThank you! What was the issue?
adminKeymasterWe manually dropped the keys and reset our server too. Now it’s like a new, correct, free installation.

Frank BergereParticipantHi,
Just sent a ticket for the same issue. Thanks.CheungGuestThank you but I made some edits and duplicated the same form to make it function a little different. The activated forms section still show no forms as active and not sure how to actually activate the new form. Is this the same if you purchase the pro version?
adminKeymasterNo, it sounds like there is still an issue with your installation. The free version allows you to enable/disable forms from the Activated Forms tab.
We will take another look at your installation and reply.

adminKeymasterThe issue is related to the site’s SSL certificate HTTP will not work, only HTTPS will work correctly.
Force https on the site to ensure all will work as expected.
