I’ve used Formidablepro2pdf for many years, and it’s worked GREAT!
However, I can’t figure out what I’m not linking properly to get the PDF attachment to send with the response after the user complete the online form?
The link is a screenshot showing I’ve mapped the fields and selected the Email Notifications it’s supposed to send to. The messages are sending fine, but the the PDF is not attached in the message.
When I use the Preview/Export PDF option in the setup screen, all the fields populate in the PDF form perfectly…
What am I missing?

adminKeymasterThis issue is commonly associated with an SMTP plugin conflict. To test, disable the SMTP plugin and test the form.
If you are not using an SMTP plugin, then create a test form and test PDF template (not the same PDF) to see if the issue is limited to one form or a sitewide issue.
If the test form works, the issue may have to do with the PDF document, please send a copy to support AT formidablepro2pdf.com
If the issue is sitewide, we would need to log in and troubleshoot the issue, please use this form to provide credentials.
We remain at your service.
BernieGuestThanks for the reply!
You were current as I disable the SMTP Plugin and tested, the PDF now populates and sends as a flatten file with the notification message. Working GREAT Again!
Again, Thanks!
