    Hello, I’m trying to map a signature field to a PDF file and it shows up blank every time. How can I fix this?

    I have a formidable signature field and I’m trying to fill a PDF text field and no image of the signature is being shown in the field or any of the fields. If I don’t select the signature format I do see the array but when I select the signature format is doesn’t display anything.

    This is not a known issue. We may need to login to troubleshoot.

    Try changing the PDF text field font to a common font.
    Try selecting the “Flatten” option on the Field Map Layout.

    Let us know the results from above actions, or, complete this form to have us log in and take a look.

    I rebuilt the form fields on the PDF file and the signature field is now working. Thank you for the support!
