i’m getting an error txt file in the email instead of the pdf file.

Confirm the plugin registration key is active.
Confirm you can export the PDF from the PRO2PDF Export tab.
Confirm there are no unused/incomplete/abandoned PRO2PDF Field Map Layouts for the same form that sends email attachments.Let us know the results of your confirmations as we remain at your service.
