How to change submit to download?

Creating a form but instead of submitting to an email, I’d rather have the button open the pdf. I’m not seeing where to change it to a short code? What am I missing?

Paste the shortcode in the form’s ‘On Submit’ message box to generate the download button. See this part of the demo video for how to change the shortcode to link to the current dataset…

*Note: You can also paste the shortcode in the email body to create a link to download the merged PDF.

I assume that would be under Settings for the form, customize html, Submit Button?

Checked out the video. Perfect works very well. Now on to checkboxes.
