I have a field map. When I try to edit it, I get the message “Please pick a name for dataset first,” but I don’t have any datasets.
I have just updated Formidable to latest version and this plugin. Couldn’t find the answer in the documentation or forums. Surely I’m not the only who made a mistake on my field map!Thanks!
You must submit data to the Formidable Form at least once before you can setup the field map layout.
Once data has been submitted, you’ll need to pick the Form and Layout, (the most recent dataset will populate the dataset dropdown), then you’ll be able to create (and test) the merge with your field map layout.

Oh! The dataset name radio button! Yes that is explained here in the setup video, however, we will find a way to make it more noticeable in the error message.
