error while saving layout: Table ‘besvecac_wordpressdc2.wp_sgdi_3_fpropdf_layouts’ doesn’t exist

Do you have any other layouts? Are they working?

This is the first install and first time using
Oh! We have not heard of any issues like this before, please complete this form if it is possible for us to login and take a look at the installation. Or, if not possible, then copy/paste/send the Under The Hood tab to support AT formidablepro2pdf DOT com for further assistance.
Have you entered data into the Formidable Form? If not, you must submit data at least once before you can create a field map layout.
