Hi, I have a form with some check boxes and while the text fields merge correctly. I’m having an issue mapping the check boxes.
I have it set:
[26] how did you find us? >> online
[26] how did you find us? >> bridal shop
[26] how did you find us? >> eventI can send you the login to the site if you need it.
Check the PDF Field Value to make sure it is the same as the Formidable value. (use copy/paste to be sure)
