Love the idea of creating the w4 form online, love that it creates the pdf. BUT does it store the pdf with the record it created when the form was filled out? I don’t need to print the pdf immediately maybe never but I want the data stored to print the pdf at a future time.
Formidable Forms will store the data in the database, you can print (or not) the PDF at anytime.
For our w-4’s, we add the annually updated w-4 forms each year to the plugin and then make the link’s layout ID dynamic, so at anytime we can print the correct w-4 for the year they completed the online form…
