I just upload a PDF file, but I can not edit PDF Form Field Map, it’s unseen, I used another language in my PDF file, how to edited it??
Please verify the following;
1) Your PDF form already has PDF form fields. (Our plugin does not edit or ‘create’ pdf forms, we map and merge Formidable fields to PDF Form fields.)2.) You have submitted data to the Formidable Form at least once. (Required for the Field Map Layout screen to recognize the Formidable form fields.)
If the above is verified and you are still unable to edit the field map, please email a complete screenshot of the Field Map Layout screen with the desired Formidable Form and Layout selected to support (at) formidablepro2pdf DOT com for further assistance.
