Hi guys.
I have a problem that need to be fix as soon as possible.
I purchesed this plugin around October/November of last year.Since few day I saw my site having problem. Blank Page due to timeout of the server, or an extremly slow page ( 3 minute per page) to open.
I though I had a virus, so I upload a backup but nothing change.
I reinstall a clear wp installation and I manually re-upload all content my site had, but nothing change.
Site die without reason.I start to check what the problem come from and, I found it’s Formidable Pro2PDF.
Right now my site work fine. it’s fast and clear and the plugin is deactivated. If I active the plugin the site die.
I need your support help please. I delete the plugin and I download again but nothing. The issue is still there.
Is there anyone that can check what is wrong?

MartinGuestExactly the same problem here! I am almost 100% sure that there is a conflict between this plugin and Visual Composer. When I disable Visual Composer, the page loads fast. When I disable this plugina and activate Visual Composer, the page loads fast. When I have them both activated, the site crashes. How did you fix your problem?
Thanks
MartinStefanoGuestThis issue drive me crazy. My site is frozen since I report this problem. Customer assistance help me for a couple of hours then, the site die again…
I am very sorry because I needed thks plugin, and I would not renew my membership if I don’t find a solution
MartinGuestStefano, have you Visual Compose? Try to deactivate and check and let me know
StefanoGuestI don’t know what is it.. so I guess I don’t have it :))
adminKeymasterStefano, you never contacted us after the issue was resolved to let us know you were experiencing the issue again. This was caused by an excessive amount of tmp files being created in the /tmp folder. Did the issue begin after a recent update? Can you check the folder and let us know if it’s full of files?
Please complete this form if you would like us to log in again.
