Hi,
Do the end users (customers) using my site need to have more than Acrobat installed to download a PDF of their form?
Can the PDF be generated to not allow editing of it?
Thanks!No, end users only need a Acrobat reader to view the PDF form output.
Yes, PDF’s may be generated to not allow editing, we call this feature “flatten” which may be set by default for each PDF in the field map layout, or may be changed using the flatten=”yes” shortcode parameter.
