Hi. I have a trial and I am trying to upgrade to 1 site, 10 forms. When I select and try to upgrade it only gives me options for 40 forms and unlimited. I only want 10 forms. Help please.

MelodieSeems to be having an issue with the conditional logic. Please try again, we removed some of the logic for now.
