The plugin was working fine and I got the error yesterday when try to open PDF file in adobe reader. It says: ‘ The file could not open because it is either not a support file type or because the file has been damaged’. Do you have any hint on how to fix it ?
September 9, 2016 at 10:38 am #9528RyanGuestThis is happening to me too ever since the update in WordPress. When I try to download the PDF it either simply won’t ever start downloading or it will only download 50% and get stuck until it says download failed.

I talked to the host as previously suggested and they are pointing me back here that it is likely the plugin…

– Are you able to EXPORT the merged PDF from the plugin’s EXPORT tab?
– If no, do you have other field map layouts setup that you can test?
were there any recent changes to the Formidable Form?
are all plugins updated?
– If yes, are you using a SMTP Mail plugin?
– If yes, try disabling the plugin and test the merge again.Let us know the results of the above as we remain at your service.
