How To: First-Time Template Use

• Navigate to the “Demo: Mapping Formidable Fields to PDF Fields” form under the Formidable tab, then;
  1. Update the LayoutID in the shortcode found in the Formidable form’s Submit Message from 21 to 999. See image below…
  2. Enter data into the form and click submit, then click the resulting link to view the merged PDF.

Formidable → Forms → (Demo Form) Settings → Messages → On Submit
