Hello, 
I recently upgraded my account using license: ***
I have not received a new email with a new license or confirmation of its upgrade. 
I also am unsure if I have an account filed for my email address:
Ryans@s***-s***.com
I’ve tried the password reset option on your site and it doesn’t work for that email. 
If possible I would like my new license and an account setup with my email thats linked to that account so I can manage it.
