My license says that I can only activate 1 form – don’t I have to activate a form for it to work? If not, what does activating a form mean?

Yes, “Activate Form” allows you to merge the activated form to PDFs using the field map layout. Forms that are not active will not merge to PDFs.

Well….I purchased the Unlimited Intranet package, so shouldn’t I be able to activate more than 1 form?

Yes, unlimited should unlock all forms automatically, without you needing to. Can you provide a screenshot of the plugin’s “Activated Forms” tab?

If you can only activate one form, the plugin has not been registered or upgraded correctly.

Oh. What do you suggest?

I am on version 2.2 – should I uninstall and reinstall?
Should I just unactive and reactivate my site?
